The EXILIM EX-F1 features an ultra-bright, high-performance 7.1 cm (2.8 inch) wide screen TFT colour display enabling viewing from almost any angle. Alongside the large visual angle and a high resolution of 230,160 pixels, the TFT colour display also delivers an unusually high contrast of up to 1000:1, giving you a particularly clear and crisp view of your motifs. With up to 1000 cd/m²* the display offers an above-average brightness and makes in easier to see your photos even in bright sunlight – five settings are available for selection for adapting the exposure strength to the relevant lighting conditions:
-1/0/+1/+2/AUTO 1/AUTO 2.

BEST SHOT motif settings are extremely practical and therefore can be accessed immediately at the touch of a button. From "Landscape" to "Sunset" your EX-F1 readily adjusts to the most varied demands, regardless of whether you are taking photos or movies.

Motion Analysis

Precise analysis

The Motion Analysis technology automatically registers and analyses the speed and direction of a moving subject – ISO sensitivity and exposure time are then optimally adjusted as appropriate.

Different flash functions

The right flash for every situation!

You can adjust the EXILIM Card EX-F1 flash to a variety of situations. The following settings are available for selection+:
- Red eye reduction: reduces the "red-eye effect"
- Serial flash function: 1 to 7 photos/sec. max. 20 photos with integrated flash
- Auto: flash is activated automatically if needed
- On: flash always on
- Off: flash always off.

Memory card slot

It's your choice

The EX-F1 can choose between SD/SDHC and MMC/MMCplus cards for storing your photos and films. You can now decide spontaneously and flexibly which of these cards to use.

Dogs running, kids jumping around, moving cars - there are countless examples of moving subjects, which can try the patience of even professional photographers. Thanks to the Auto Tracking AF function with motion analysis, you can relax and concentrate on the overall subject. Press the release button half way down, to fix the focus for saving – as soon as you see the picture you want, simply press release!
